TERMS & CONDITIONS (“Terms”)
This page contains the terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from PETRA’S DIVINE. You should understand that by ordering any products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
WELCOME TO PETRA’S DIVINE
Making custom handmade jewelry, body lotions and apparel to order. Each design will have a slight variation due to the custom handmade work, natural stones and love that goes into every order.
CUSTOM JEWELRY TERMS
All custom pieces designed or handmade by Petra’s Divine require an approval of an estimate given, and a 50% deposit. With this payment, the client agrees to let production of the custom piece begin. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of the piece and approval from the client. Jewelry will be shipped after receiving the final balance.
PAYMENTS
PETRA’S DIVINE accepts payments through this webiste via PayPal or the embedded credit card processor. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay with your credit card or debit card without signing up for a PayPal account. For custom pieces, PETRA’s DIVINE may issue an invoice through Paypal, where you will be asked to make a non-refundable deposit. Payment or deposit is due upon receipt of invoice.
LEAD TIME
Because each piece is made to order, our lead time is order specific and can range from 1-3 weeks depending on size and design complexity. You will be notified before payment if your order will take longer than 3 weeks.
SHIPPING
Shipping is offered through USPS and can take between 2-9 days to be received. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, which is why PETRA’S DIVINE offers a flat shipping of $6.95.
RETURNS
Custom-designed pieces are non-returnable.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, payments or deposits cannot be refunded on custom orders. All customer pieces go through an approval process. If you have concerns with your order please email welcome@petrasdivine.com. If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged.
All changes on orders must be made within 48 hours.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
